💰 Pricing & Offers

We use current market data to price every card. For English cards, we reference TCGPlayer market price or recent eBay last sold — not the lowest listed price. The lowest listing on TCGPlayer is often unreliable: it can be a non-English copy of the card, or a new seller listing aggressively low just to hit the next seller tier. Neither reflects actual market value.

For Japanese cards, we use PriceCharting.com, which tracks JP market values more accurately than TCGPlayer.

You can use our collection offer calculator to enter your own values and see exactly what we'd pay before you even reach out. No surprises.

TCGplayer market price is the retail price — what buyers pay when purchasing from a seller. When we buy your cards, we need to account for platform fees, shipping costs, and the time/risk of resale.

Our rates depend on how the transaction happens:

🌐 Online — up to 70% 📍 In Person — up to 80% 🔄 Trade — up to 90%

Within each type, rates scale by card value — under $5 · $5–$25 · $25 and up. Higher value cards get better rates because they move faster and hold value. In-person and trade rates are higher because there are no shipping costs, no platform fees, and zero risk for either side.

The buy rates are fixed and transparent — that's by design. What you see in the calculator is what you get, so there's no back-and-forth haggling.

That said, if you think a card is priced incorrectly based on recent sales data you have, absolutely share it. We're happy to look at comps and adjust if the market data supports it. We just ask that the data be recent and from a reliable source.

Offers are valid for 48 hours from when they're generated. Card values can shift quickly — especially with new set releases or tournament results — so we need to keep the window tight to guarantee the number.

If you miss the window, just run the calculator again. Takes less than two minutes.

🃏 What We Buy

One Piece TCG is our primary focus and where we have the deepest knowledge — English and Japanese sets. We're also actively looking at Pokémon and Riftbound, though we're newer to those markets so we'll work with you on pricing using current sold data.

For other TCGs (Magic, Lorcana, Yu-Gi-Oh!), reach out with a list and we'll consider it case by case.

It depends on the card. For high-value cards — think $50+ alt arts, SECs, tournament staples — condition matters but we'll still have a conversation. A heavily played Luffy Leader at $150 raw is still worth discussing. A heavily played $3 common isn't.

As a general rule, we prefer Near Mint (NM) and Lightly Played (LP). If you have cards in rougher condition, reach out with photos and we'll give you an honest answer on whether it makes sense to proceed.

✓ NM / LP — always welcome  ⟳ MP / HP — depends on card value  ✕ Damaged — generally no

Bulk on its own isn't something we typically pursue — the 60% rate doesn't apply to commons and uncommons, and we won't make an offer on bulk alone.

However, if we're already purchasing higher-value individual cards from your collection, we're happy to talk about taking the bulk off your hands at a negotiated rate. It's easier for everyone if the whole collection moves at once rather than leaving you with a box of commons.

✓ Bulk alongside higher-value cards  ✕ Bulk only — not currently

Yes — graded cards get a rate bonus on top of the standard tiers because condition is locked in and there's less risk for both sides.

Online (shipped): +5% on lower value cards, +10% on cards $25 and up. A $100 PSA 10 shipped online gets 80% instead of 70%.

In Person: +5% across all tiers. You're already getting the in-person rate bump so the slab bonus is a flat 5%.

Trade: +5% on lower tiers — top tier is already capped at 90%.

Yes, we buy graded cards. PSA, TAG, and other reputable grading companies are all fine. Pricing for graded cards is based on recent sales data for that specific grade — not the raw card price.

If you're unsure whether grading a card first would get you a better deal, try our Grade or Sell calculator — it'll tell you whether grading makes financial sense before you spend money on it.

No minimum at all — single cards are welcome. Whether it's one high-value alt art or a 500-card collection you're ready to move, reach out and we'll make it work.

That said, the more you bring, the faster and easier the deal tends to be for everyone.

Yes — we're actively trading. Trade rates are up to 90% of market value because there's no cash leaving our hands, just inventory swap. It's the highest rate we offer.

Trades are subject to our current inventory and what you're looking for. Reach out on Instagram or Discord with what you have and what you want — we'll see what we can put together.

📦 The Process

It's four steps:

1. Get an offer — use the collection calculator to enter your cards and get an instant number.
2. Reach out — contact us on Instagram, Discord, or email to confirm the deal and sort logistics.
3. Ship or meet — ship your cards to us or meet locally in the Hillsboro, OR area.
4. Get paid — payment is sent via PayPal Goods & Services before you ship. Your cards don't leave until you've been paid.

No surprises. No waiting around.

Yes — we accept shipped collections from anywhere in the US. Once we agree on a deal, we'll send you a shipping address.

Packing tips: Use penny sleeves on every card, then team bags or a card box. Bubble wrap or bubble mailers add protection. For large collections, a padded flat rate USPS box works great. We'd rather you over-pack than under-pack — cards are easier to deal with when they arrive in good shape.

Yes — we're based in Hillsboro, Oregon and are happy to meet locally. Public locations like local game stores or coffee shops are preferred for in-person deals.

In-person rates are higher — up to 80% of market value vs 70% online — because there are no shipping costs, no PayPal fees, and you walk away with cash that day. If you're local, this is the best option.

For very large collections, we can also travel — just reach out and we'll figure out logistics together.

📍 In-person — up to 80%  💵 Cash on the spot

If a card arrives in a different condition than expected — say it was listed as NM but arrives MP — we'll reach out before doing anything and discuss a revised offer. You always have the option to have cards returned if we can't agree.

We want the deal to be fair for both sides. Communication is everything and we'll never make a unilateral decision on your cards without telling you first.

We aim to respond within 24 hours on all channels. Instagram DMs and Discord tend to be the fastest. Email is a bit slower but always answered.

If you haven't heard back after 24 hours, feel free to follow up — messages occasionally slip through the cracks and we'd never want you to miss out on a deal.

💸 Payment

✓ PayPal Goods & Services — shipped deals  ✓ Cash — in-person

For shipped transactions, payment is sent via PayPal Goods & Services before your cards ship — no exceptions. G&S gives you full buyer protection so there's zero risk.

For in-person meetups, payment is cash on the spot. Quick and clean.

Before you ship. Once we agree on a deal, payment is sent via PayPal Goods & Services before your cards ever leave your hands. You're fully protected — cards don't move until you confirm payment received.

PayPal G&S gives you buyer protection built in, so there's zero risk on your end. This is how every deal is done, no exceptions.
